REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT GUIDELINES

  • For all delegates, payment for the registration fee can be made in US Dollars or Turkish Lira.

  • The registration fee cannot be refunded for any reason caused by the delegates.

  • Presenters and participants will bear all travelling and accommodation expenses.

  • An official invoice can be requested by emailing  [email protected]. Please state your Paper ID number in the email.

  • And for both In-person and Virtual Participants, registration fees cover:

  • Cancellation or Changes Policy

    • There will be no refunds for cancellations or changes
